One of a Kind Toronto
Vendredi, janvier 8th, 2010Hi everyone,
Many of you ask me for news about the show … So there comes a little summary of my own with pictures …
First, I got lost in the beautiful City of Toronto … I finally capitulated and bought a city map… Yeah, I know … Shut … Finally … Another surprise awaited me after two nights of sleep … Bed bugs!!! Yeah, Ladies and Gentleman, over 100 bites all over my body… I fell so ugly you can’t imagine… So for all persons who just looked at me and didn’t dare ask me… Why I looked like a disfigured… That was the explanation… But I got a reduction and I changed room… Welcome to Toronto… But you know last summer in Montreal several hotels were infested by … these little critters … By the way thank you Catherine for the idea of Claritin tablets, it helps to reduce itching and thank you Yiming for the idea of the cream Mix … It helps them from the blistering…
It was my first show in Toronto … A very big thank you to the whole One of a kind Toronto’s team for all publicity you make me … Yes, it gives a big boost … To have several pieces in the catalogue and on your website without taking into account the display in front of the show … Let’s say it greatly increases the visibility … Yes, I’ll be back next year … With pleasure.
For people who asked me if I intended to create a vinegar bottle fit with the oil bottle… Yes … I’ll do it in February … Other people asked me for a strainer berries … if I have time … Yes I’ll do it too … I will add all the new models in the catalogue. You will easily download it in PDF format …
For those who asked me if we could put some dish soap in the oil bottle… I made a test with a shooter and the tip of the oil bottle … Yes, it works, but a little slower with the soap than with the oil, because the oil is more fluid.
So … No problem … Yes, you can put dish soap in the container provided for the oil … but no both at the same time … it is a good idea … and prettier than the ugly bottle plastic, but make sure you don’t use it for the salad…
I discovered Toronto a little bite… And Young Street looks a little like Time Square sometimes … The Queens Quay Street which runs along the waterfront … Ideal for taking fresh air … Next time I will try to find time to go to the museum … I wish you all a wonderful year 2010 and see you in November …
A++
